Your Mortgage Solutions Duane Hatchet Fraud and Theft North Richland hills Texas
Duane first came to my home in a very professional manner offering a way to save my home from foreclosure. He asked for a refundable deposit that equals the mortgage payment of one month; $800. He did not help me at all after I found out that I was being evicted. When I try to contact him he is not at his office, no one is at the office. There is a secretary named Melissa that dresses very inappropriatly in the office but since I started asking for my money back even she isn't at the office . He is either on a different city or on vacation for weeks on end. I have found out that he has several different phone numbers where the answering machine answers as a young lady but go directly to his cell phone, then he will call or text you back. When I call him he gets upset and tells me he is too busy at the moment and will call back in a few minutes. He never does. In have contacted the mortgage company he claims to have sent the modification request and they assure me he has called only twice but never sent any paperwork or deposit money. I am fighting to get my money back but the justice system has not been any help and Duane Hatchet and Melissa keep stealing money from people in need.
