Yourwishstore.com Your Wish Store Scam - ordered an item and 3 weeks later still nothing, tracking only shows China for location Internet

I had placed my order through yourwishstore.com which I found on Facebook on December 13, 2016. I received a tracking number on December 22, 2016 that had the location in China to ship to Chicago. There hasn't been any word after leaving China. I had emailed the support at yourwishstore and heard nothing back. I had been charged the $14.99, but I believe it is a scam since I have never heard of track17, the 'tracking company' yourwishstore.com used. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and although it wasn't anything expensive, it's just the point of a possible sketchy scam. Facebook should regulate stuff like this which they advertise.
