Z- Tel Z- Tel communcations tricked and lied to us Atmore Alabama
I was told at first i needed a crdit card to get the service.
so i gave them the imformation they asked for.
I told them i did not want them to charge my card i would send them a check. said that would be fine.I sent them a check for 86.72 and found that they chareged my card after i sent them the check.
I asked them to return the check when they got it and they said all they could do was cridit my account.I told them it was in there system that they were not to charge my card.I was told that was true by z-tel.
they said they still wouldnt return my check.so i put a stop payment on the check before they got it.they tried to cash the check but it was returned to them.so they charged my card 25
dollars for a return check and charged my card another 86.72
after they were strictly told not to use my card.
to me this is theft.they should have seen the bill was paid already.but i see they are a greedy company and blind.
