zaxon auto parts, dallas tx a1 auto parts quoted price for parts at 375.00 they charged 600.00 to my card dallas texas
rec'd call from zaxon, dallas, regarding inquirey i made on internet national auto salvage yards. said they had the parts i needed. i asked how much ,was told 375.00 incl. shipping. i agreed and gave them my credit card nr..told i would recieve parts on friday. it and sat. passed, no parts. called zaxon, said i would get parts o tuesday. wed. no parts, called my credit card co.to chech if zaxon had processed the charg. they had, in the amount of 600.00. i called zaxon, they said i had agreed on the 600.00, which i had not, was told if i did not want the parts for 600.00, they would refund the 600.00. they did same day. parts had not been shipped. this all transpired over near 2 weeks. i got nothing but lies while i had customer waiting on the parts .
