Finally I am on my site. Zeek did respond to me often. By resetting my password, but it still would not work.
I emailed zeek daily or more often. Always stating my Affiliate status- Name, Home e-mail address, Phone #- My sponsor; and problem. Always contact z[email protected].
Finally I thought it must be my computer. I went to my local computer shop checked viruses etc... Used their computer logged onto my home page and used forgot my password. Zeekteam emailed me a new password I logged on and it worked. I used my computer in the computer shop, got online. Changed my password in the computer shop, before leaving, and again when I got home.
Don't for get to change the other 2 sites also.

The email address I typed is [email protected] IT IS THE CORRECT ADDRESS. I really do not need to make up a fake address here. I am sure there are people who have the same problem do feel helpfull by reading my experience.

I might make a mistake while I was writing. I didn't call him. I DID contact him by sending him an email. I am sure we are just everyday person, things like being hacked is everyday thing for Zeek. I didn't get an answer from Mr. Paul directly.

First off, that address you list is NOT a Zeekler business address so I question this post due to that.
Zeekler has training via Skype nearly every weeknight - use it. Monday nite Dawn the COO is on that training, Douglas holds training M-Th so tap into your training where you can talk to staff live. The phone numbers to this daily weekday training is in your back office.

I am also an affiliate at Z. You say you tried to call Paul Burke, none of us affiliates have his phone number so I question that you are an affiliate. The online helpers are only to teach people how to sign up as an affiliate vs technical help. I would call when the staff (Dawn usually) has their live Skype teaching time Monday eve-6:30pm EST or M-TH (Douglas) 6pm - to the Skype numbers that are in your back office information.

I copyed all the important information into a harddrive and I format my computer right away. However, I am so scared and panic, I only use this computer for reading news or doing something not important.
I bought myself a new Apple Macbook Air. I did it only because I want to have peace of mind. I use my Mac to handle all our family banking, online shopping plus posting ads for our family zeekrewards accounts.
The reason why I did it is because after 1 of our 4 accounts got hacked on June 29, I changed the passwords for the other 3 accounts right away, but guess what? By June 29, another acount got hacked and by June 30, the rest of 2 accounts got hacked too. I couldn't figure out why and do not feel like wasting my energy to worry about it. That is the main reason for me to bug a Mac for myself. I also do not have to worry about paying for anti virus softare.
Regarding the lost points(there were days the hacker didn't post ads), I called the 1-888927-9335, i called more than 10 times and finally had a change to be in line, the lady talked to me said my account got hacked because my password is not strong enough , so Ihad to take it as a loss. i talked to her supervisor, he told me he was not in chage of this part. I had to go to my back office to write something and get a case number and then see what the company will do.
Well, this is really not fair for me since I was the one to blame because my accounts got hacked. I only want to get what I am supposed to get back. I DON'T THINK THAT IS THE RIGHT WAY FOR ZEEKREWARDS TO HANDLE THEIR BUSINESS. Being hacked is NOT MY FAULT. I am sure it is common isssure for ZEEKREWARDS. As a big company as the company said in public, the company should have some fair policies to handle this common issure a lot of the affilates had.
Forget about the emotionaly and mental pains caused by being hacked, I DO NOT THINK WE SHOULD HAVE TO SUFFER THE FINANCIAL PAIN CAUSED BY THE HACKER AND THE IMPERFECT COMPANY POLCIES. I DO NEED AN ANSWER HERE SINCE I AM NOT ALONE, THERE ARE SO MANY ZR AFFILATES GOT HACKED. DO WE HAVE TO TAKE A LOSS FOR SOMETHING WE DIDN'T DO ?

I would say it is the worst thing in the world that you have to waiting for something and you never know when it will be end. Today, I have tried to call the company for over 25 times, but every time it disconnect due to the high call volume. Then I used the livechat online. I could not get into the chat room successfully because it will close suddenly by itself. I almost wanted to give up and just wait for the e-mail.
Thing change when my boyfriend has his luck to access to one of assistants in the chatroom. After confirming several information, she sent out the temporary password, and I could get it shortly in my e-mail!!! I changed the information at once. I would think if someone can take action as soon as possible, I do not have to experience any bad moment.
Anyway, thanks god!

Hi, Dear:
I am so sorry you have to go through what I had been though last week. Please email [email protected] on a everyday basis. Make sure you wrote your mother's name, her username, her phone number and her email address at the very beginning of your email . Those are the best evidence to prove your mother is the real account owner. You can also attach the zeekrewards congraduation email (After you joined zeekreward, they sent your mother this email, only your mother can have this email, the hacker will NOT).
Regarding the phone number, it is 1-888-927-9335. After you dial this number, it is a message from a woman. If you are in line from 1-100, the voice will tell you that you are in line #100, then you have to wait. However when you make the phone call, you are for example number 101, the phone will be automatically disconnected with saying a word which is very bad. What I did is if the phone call was disconnected, I just called it again and again. It is very very frustrated.
If the zeekfraud team has upadted your information and put your coorect email address in, it will give you a new temporary password. sometimes they don't tell you what it is, they want you to log on and find it by yourself. I can't find it so I had to call them again telling them what was going on and also letting them know you got a new password, but I just can't get it, then the people on the phone would ask your mother her name, her surname and her email address, then they will sent the password to you right away. So just don't hung up the phone right away, make sure you can check your mother's email and get the password before you hang the phone up.Also go to youe commission part and see if the hacker has taken money out, they can't get the money right away since it takes 2-3 weeks for this transation is done. If they took the money, tell the perosn to freeze the money right away so that the hacker will NOT get it later on. Zeek is supposed to get the money back for you later on. Make sure you got your temporary password and make sure you freeze the money if it is stolen before you finish your conversation with zeekrewards employee on the phone. It is just too hard for you to dial the phone again. I updated our personal information the next day. the hacker may change your mother's name, but as long as you can get the account back, it is your mother's account right away, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TO POST YOUR AD RIGHT AWAY. You can change your password and update all other information later on.

Hi there,
I want to say I've experienced the same thing like you did these two days. My mother's account has been hacked and I've tried my best to contact Zeek about the issue. I've sent them an e-mail yesterday, however, it seems I have to wait couple days in order to solve my problem. Before sending e-mail, I tried to call to the customer service to see if I can get some help. I called the phone number you showed, 888-927-9335, but it is a voice message that gives general information, once it finish, it hang cut directly.
Therefore, I can not speak with any human being! There is a live chat shows on the website as well. I tried to use this function, but every time when I click it, it disappears. I am so worried about my account since I am afraid the hacker will take all the money, and I really hope the company can offer more help to its customer. Specially the quick action to any issues the customer encounters. I do not want to lose confident with this company, but truly think its customer service is very very poor.
I would like to double check with the phone number with you. I don't know why we dial the same number, but you can talk with someone when I do not even have a chance to say anything.

Hi, I know how you feel. We all feel helpless since nobody seems they really care. I was the one who wrote that our family 4 accounts got hacked on June 29 and June 30. Yesterday it was July 5, I got 2 answers by email for 2 of our accounts, they had reset the passwords for the 2 accounts. However I can't get the temporary passwords by email even after my upline who is a software engineer. I was so upset so I sent them email again and asked them to give me the temporary passwords. It just took too long for them to answer my emails although I wrote to them several emails a day. I even wrote Mr. Paul Burk an email but have never heard from him.
I did my last try by calling the number 1-888-927-9335 again, (I called them several times a day in the past 6 days, most of the time I had to wait for at least 1 hour to talk to some human beings. 9 out of 10 times they would ask you to get a pen and a piece of paper to write down [email protected] so that you can contact them, there was nothing they could do for you on the phone). Fortunately, God answered my prayer and a lady whose name is Diana answered my phone and help me get all the passwords back. She also froze the money the hacker tried to put in his alert pay. She is an angel. If everyone works for zeekrewards is liekher, all our problems will be solved easily. I thanked God and I also thanked my angel Diana.
The hacker did try to take money from us. Of course we lost money. There were 2 days the hacker didn't even post ad so I may have to take the loss. Diana told me this is something I have to call again in a few days since the company might make a decision on lost points caused by hacker soon.
I am happy with the fact I finally got our 4 accounts back. However I really think ZR management is in such a mess. If you bank card got stolen and you call your bank, they will take action right away to protect you so that you can have peace of mind immediately. Regarding week, I don't know why the company has to let people wait for so long. I was told I was luck since my problem was solved in 6- 7 days. i SUFFERED A LOT EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY. Only victims like us can understand each other. I REALLY WISH ZEEKREWADS CAN IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SO THAT WE DON'T FEEL DEPRESSED AND HELPLESS.
I think you can send them by email by using the email address originally registered when you joined in with ZR. You also need to write your name, your username, you email address , the phone number you registered and attach the original email ZR sent you after you joined in to prove you are the real affiliate. Don't give up. Keep calling them at the same time. I know it is stressful, eventually your efforts will be paid off. Hope everything goes well. Good luck.

I am a new account holder with Zeekrewards (2 months). My account was hit the same time your account was. I have called the great Tech Service telephone line, since Tuesday, July 3rd. No one will answer. I get cut off.
I live in North Carolina, yesterday I drove to Lexington, NC, (a 1 1/2 hour drive from home) with a friend. We both had a lot of unanswered questions about Zeekrewards.
At 806 West State street, downtown Lexington, is a brick Warehouse type building; in front window with tape lettering-Zeekler.com. I arrived at 8:30, the sign on door posted open at 9 am. 2 men were in line with me at 8:30, at 9 o'clock there were 9 people outside waiting.
When they opened, the small lobby had a sofa and table with a small 20 by 24 inch reception window in front left corner of left wall. On same wall, a door mid wall area.
The 2 men before me, were waited on at the window, another lady came to the door, asked to help my friend and I. I told the zeekler employee that my zeekler site was Hacked and had been trying to contact tech support. She handed me a"Sticky Note" with a web address for the zeek fraud team hand written on it.
Then my friend and I both said we had questions about the web site, the zeekler employee hand us another "sticky note" with the tech support phone number-888-927-9335 on it. She said every thing is on the web site.
Wow!!!! Major red flags, sirens, horns blowing in my mind! Not only, a web site that gives the "affilate" no answers; no one will give answers! My new questions- does this sound or look like a multi-million dollar business? No replys? No money?
