I have sent several messages since april 15th, made several international calls and receive no answer.

I stayed with you guys recently. From 02/19 until 03/31. It seems to me that there has been a mistake and I was overcharged. I would like to have my Receipt for Completed Stay to verify it. I was paying for my stay on a weekly basis with my prepaid travel card, and I was also charged at my international credit card. Following the amounts paid on each card:
