I stayed at this hotel, Hilton Gardenn inn, Ronkonkoma, NY, with a friend all was fine. Upon attempting to do a late check out the general manager Frank Canko denied my request. I went to the front desk to speak with him because it would not be possible for me to check out at that time. He rudely stated " well thats too bad you have to leave" I told him are you always this rude with your guests?

He continued to say i have to leave. When i walked away and said i will report him he called me a "fat s**t". I didnt engage i just walked away. I have suffered bullying my entire life, all i could do was walk away and cry. This man does not belong in the position hes in. I would not recommend staying at that branch where, Frank Canko, jr, works. The ronkonkoma hotel should fire him! It was truly the worst hotel experience of my life.
