Rockauto.com RockAuto LLC Per RockAuto's site, parts listed for my vehicle, they sent the wrong parts, I installed them, now they won't do anything! Wayne NJ

I ordered parts listed for my truck based on a simple search on their website, so they sent, and I installed the wrong parts. I tried to return them on-line and request to their online only customer service, to be made whole, but only receive replies, day after day, to go back and try again, all to no avail!
All while my truck is unusable and in jacks. THEIR WEBSITE LIST THE WRONG PARTS FOR YOUR VEHICLE, THEN SENDS YOU THE WRONG PARTS, THEN DOES NOYHING TO HELP YOU FIX THE ISSUE! I WANT DAMAGES AND THE CORRECT PARTS. AND THOSE WRONG PARTS MAY HAVE MESSED UP MY VEHICLE!
