123 Click, ripoff gift never received Harrisburg Pennsylvania
This company runs a website titled 'Hugecashgiveaway.com'. In addition to the sweepstakes, this website allows you to sign up for a rewards program in which you complete an offer from a participating advertiser to receive a free giftcard. I completed the offer as required, submitted the required redemption certificate and have waited the required 6-8 weeks for delivery of the giftcard, but still have not received it.
My status on their website says "You have been approved by the sponsor(s). Your redemption certificate was processed on Jan 15, 2005. Your gift will be mailed out to you shortly." The status also shows that I completed the offer on 12/30/04.
After several emails with a person named 'Deb' at 123click, I've been told that they've already mailed the gift card to me and that my redemption certificate was processed on 02/16/05...which doesn't match up with what their website status says. Also, she says that they cannot provide an exact date for when the gift was mailed out as they sent it via bulk mail. I am getting the runaround. This is a very convenient way for this company to not follow through with their rewards after people go through their process. I have sent 3-4 additional emails recently and none of them have been responded to. Phone calls left on their answering service also have been ignored. Avoid this company!!!

Gift finally received

After filing a report with the BBB and the Attorney General in PA a few weeks ago, I received my Giftcard today via Fedex.
