3b Software, Inc DTV4PC Software is NOT what they claim it to be. Arlington, Texas
I purchased this software over internet thru this site http://www.dtv4pc.net/ It is far from what they claim. I installed it and tried it for 3 hours most channels are overseas channels in native foreign language the few USA channels are colleges broadcast channels. Their claim of "1,056 of LIVE TV Channels To Your PC" is crap most channels didn't work error message saying "station may not be broadcasting at this time. Ones that did work were not regular TV stations as expected they were college lectures, or Religious broadcasts.
After 3 hours I e-mailed them saying I removed the software from my computer and wanted a refund. They don't answer e-mail or their phone. Phone number give you option to leave a message but then states mailbox full no further messages allowed. I've filed a despute with my credit card issuer and am waiting their report. Bottom line folks this software is NOT WHAT THEY SAY IT IS please say yourself alot of headache DON'T IT or ANYTHING else from them NOT A REPUTABLE Company to due business with.
