4Safe Took overpayments from my bank account & locked my IP to their website. San Jose California
Last December, 2007, I signed on with 4Safe to filter inappropriate web sites from my children. In January, I was already not happy with their claimed service. February 2, 2008, I began the nightmare ordeal that I am currently dealing with and is yet to be resolved. In May, 2008 they started to double+ charge and in June,2008 double+ charges and charged twice per month. I had to change my bank account at the end of July to stop them taking money from my account. I also deleted all 4Safe files from my computer at that time too. Then, on September2, 2008 I tried to use Internet Explorer and could not access any other website but 4Safe. They had put a lock on my IP address. Now, I have to take my computer into a professional to have 4Safe off of my computer which will cost me minimum of $200. I can not access Norton360, my Comcast customer service people can not help me. 4safe tech people have tried to help and agree that the company contracting their service is detestable. I am in the process of working with Microsoft, our local news "Problem Solvers", the local urban newspaper, the FBI, Attorney Generals Office, Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission as well as speaking with a private attorney. These people are total criminals. They are scumbags and are trying to intimidate and coerce me into giving them my new bank information so that I can regain control of my Internet. I will go without a computer rather than be pushed around by a fraudulent and criminal company that takes advantage of honest American citizens trying to protect their children from the scum of the Internet. It is so profound that a web service that has the name 4safe is anything but safe. Watch out! Please help me in my mission to wipe out 4safe. Whatever you do, do not give 4safe any information and do not have anything to do with them!

I have just recently purchased (December 2009) another Internet Filter and called 4SAFE to stop debiting my checking account. Calling their Customer Service, I get an answering service. They do not respond to my emails. I will have to spend 25.00 to stop them debiting my account but this will only last for 6 months. I will have to close my checking account and open another one. Is there any way to get in touch with these people? They are stealing my money on a monthly basis.
