Acai Berry Pure/ Advanced Cleanse Scammers using terms and conditions to rip people off! Houston, Texas
I ordered the Acai Berry Pure and Advanced Cleanse trial products based off the internet report from Newschannel 6 that states the offer is legitimate.
The site states you will receive the product in a few days and if not interested you must cancel within 14 days. The problem is that I never received the products.
After I noticed that I hadn't received either item I contact the customer service dept and cancelled my Advanced Cleanse order and explained that I had not received the product.
I decided to give a little more time to receive the Acai Berry Pure because I WAS very interested in how the product works. But as a single mom of 3 with no financial support there is no way I would pay $150 for something I ended up getting at Walgreens for $14.And I actually received the product!
Needless to say I never received the Acai Berry but I did receive a deduction of $149.95 from my bank account. After calling, emailing, and filing a complaint with the BBB I ended up here still fighting to get my $150 back. This money could have gone a long way on getting my 3 sons in baseball this season, or paying my electric bill etc.
Instead, I ended up just giving away $150 to these losers that have somehow found a legal loophole to steal money by stating that "it is in the terms and conditions". I could find some relief in that response had I ever received the DARN Products. To this day I have NEVER received any product from the trial offers I signed up for or from the RIP OFF product I just unwillingly paid $150 for.

I also ordered the AcaiOptimum and AdvancedCleanse 14-day trial products.
I failed to cancel within the 14 days, 1 day late, so I will not moan and groan about the $79.98 charges I have received to my bank card (unless there are more to follow).
A few interesting things that I have noticed in the past two days include a new address and a new website/name for advancedcleanse.
The advancedcleanse website, tryadvancedcleanse.com , is "no longer taking new orders."
Now the website is advancedcolon.com OR advancedcleanse.com-trial.info OR advancedcolonmax.com featuring a different set of Terms and Conditions, different bottle, same scam.
The address is now W. 125 Woods Centre, St. Johns, Antigua (as well as for AcaiOptimum) and it was previously 14781 Memorial Drive, Box #891, Houston, Texas.
To me, the Antigua address is very interesting.
Anyway, I came upon this information via my bank statement. I was initially charged the $3.95 for shipping under the record of nxt*advcleanscs.com and the $79.98 charge was ntr*advcolcs.com.
Also I have two cancellation numbers/records for the same product. If I wasn't so annoyed with this, I would be interested to see where it goes.
I suppose this is what I get for not researching. And for maybe trying to lose weight.
