Advantage Rental Car This company upgraded a car and added insurance without my permission Colorado Denver
Advantage Rental Car This place is fraudulent. I booked through Hotwire and when i arrived of course they tried to up sell me with their insurance and a larger vehicle in which i declined. I was informed they didn’t have the car i booked so they’d give me the upgrade for free . Only to check my account and see I’d been charged for the upgrade ,insurance and a $200 deposit which i wasn’t informed of.
$450 taken in the middle of my trip . Granted I understand the deposit i just wish i would’ve been informed . I called and was advised they would not refund the money only the deposit and they could offer a 20 percent coupon . I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I Advised them I’d never do business with them again why would I want a coupon Damion employee ID 2822096 made so many snide remarks and even laughed.
Never showing any kind of empathy or understanding . When i requested a supervisor he informed me the supervisor would only tell me the same thing . And when he came back to the phone he said the same thing and told me well you can just keep waiting .. maybe 30 minutes. The supervisor then Joe 500891 supervisor takes the call and offers a 50 % refund . Which i declined because this was not authorized Colorado Denver

When it came time to sign the contract for the car, YOU didn't even bother READING it, did you? If you would have, you would have seen the extra charge and could have declined BEFORE agreeing to it! What is wrong with you people?
You sign a legally binding agreement and you don't even READ what you are agreeing to! Amazing. Secondly, never, ever use those third party reservation places. The cater to the inexperienced!
