Afnicollections, Afni Inc, Contel Of The South Inc. They send a collection bill for a cell phone in my 13 year old son name. Bloomington Illinois
This company Afni, Inc sent us a collection bill in my son name. He is only 13 years old. They said that he had a phone in his name and the bill was for $145.09. but, they would settle for $72.55 if he paid it my credit card.
I would like to know how they can put a phone in his name if he is only 13 years old. You have to be 18 years old before you are held responseable.
My husband and I just went thur a identy fraude case about 3 months ago. My sister did it to us. She took my husband's bank card and went shopping with it. She also pawned a ring of mine and put a credit card in my name and ran it up to $785.00.
I would like some help on this please.
