On Dec 27th , 2010. I purchase a ticket thru airfare.com . About a week later I checked on the status of the ticket ( eticket or not ? ) and discovered that the same itinerary on the same website had gone down US$200 . I tried to contact the company thru email , but got no response . All that I want was the "highly discounted ticket price " it advertised. I would still purchase a ticket from the site, all that I wanted was the lower price that everyone else was getting . The price is not what they advertise and the customer service does not respsond to emails. Learn from my mistake, I paid $200 so that all of you can learn a lesson . The irony is that they get me once , than I never use their services again and I tell as many people as I can . How can you remain in business ? Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.
