Airsplat Wrong order and tampered items Arcadia California
I ordered an Airsoft shotgun from Airsplat.com on the 16th of April 2009. I received it on the 12th of May 2009. I sent a money order for my airsoft gun and it does list on the site they hold the money order for 7 days, i do not know why they would hold a money order.
They tried telling me on the phone that they hold the money order for ten days. I never received a tracking number from them, i had to ask for it and they gave me the incorrect one that didn't work. They kept mistaking me for someone else and the whole thing was a drag.
On the phone they seemed like they did not know what they were doing. It turned out in the end they really had no clue as to what their job was. When i finally received my airsoft gun, the sling looked cut, the first shot of the gun misfired everytime , and on top of that it was the wrong model gun.
I ordered what was to be an airsoft replica of a benelli m4, but they sent me a benelli m3 if you google the real version of the guns you could see the clear difference in the models. I did everything I was supposed to do as a customer to get my order clear to them in terms they understand but they have failed.
I have e-mailed them several times about this situation but it turns out that they do not respond to e-mails. It was all very fishy and unprofessional. Airsplat.com, by my experience, is a horrible airsoft sight.

Thank you for your complaint. We are glad to say that the issue has already been resolved. But would still like to clairfy certain issues that were brought up. First, money orders are still held for 7 days becuase we have received fraudulent money orders before and holding the funds to clear is standard policy for us as well as what is stated on our policy page. The rifle ordered and the rifle received is in fact the corect item. True the real steal versions may have some differences, but for airsoft they are, for all intensive purposes, the same. We apologize if there was any confusion before hand or if you were looking at a real steal version when making your selection for an airsoft gun.
