Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We purchased a gun for nearly $100 for a birthday present for my son, and the gun worked for a little while.  But shortly after his birthday it quit.  We contacted Airsplat to get no answers, for weeks.  Finally when we did we sent the gun to them where they said it wasn't a problem, "we will fix it or send you a refund".  After 3 weeks of hearing nothing the gun was delivered back to the house in worse shape than before.  We then took it to a person with experience working on these types of guns and he was unable to do anything because he said they glued the gear box closed.  Please do not waste your money on their equipment!!!!  The company is a fraud.  Rich, Farmington Missouri

The mother of the son was never contacted and the gun came back 3 weeks later after it was sent.  It did not work at all, the battery was checked with a fluke meter.  The voltage was correct.  Whoever sent the gun back to me apparently broke it first, after he must have shot the rounds.  It was not repaired and again the mother or the son did not speak to anyone, only the Dad who purchased the gun to begin with...  Airsplat is now trying to justify sending back a piece of trash.  There should be no need to have anybody else try to fix our gun.  I paid 12 extra dollars to have the gun sent back and insured that it would get there.  It got there and came back, but in no better shape than when I sent it.  It is still sitting in the box under the bed, not working.  A true sign of a poor business that does not put customer service first.  They told me to send it back and they would fix it or replace it or refund the money.  They did neither of those options.  If Airsplat did put customer service first, they would have sent a new replacement back that worked.

Thank you for the feedback. We have reviewed your case and history.

Your gun was purchased, shipped, and recieved without a problem. Then a week after receipt you contacted us stating there was an issue with the gun. The 2 calls placed were answered immediately, wait time was less than 3 minutes both times. First time we tried trouble shooting with you, however the mother really couldn't do anything becuase of a lach of knowledge of how the gun worked and was prepared to just ship gun back to us.  However, we notified her, althogh we would be happy to take gun the back and either refund or exchange it for her, the basic steps of troubleshooting are in everyone's advantage.

Shipping time for the gun to us is a week, then it take 1 day to repair, 1 more day to ship out, then another weeek to get back. This is down time that we are sure her son wouldn't appreciate.

Son called back next day to trouble shoot. We were able to deteremine problem and it was more than the son could handle. So we issued the return. As stated above, shipping took a week to get to us, we repaired it in a day, shipped it back out.

We did not glue the gear box together. It's not possible to do so. First of all, glue doesn't do well with a 2 halves of a metal gear box. Perhaps the "technician" you handed it off to was referring to loctite? This is thread lock that is used on the screws to hold the gear box together and is an example of the level of profesional care we take with our repairs. If we didn't care about your gun, we wouldn't bothter to use thread lock. Any technician or mechanich knows thread lock helps in imprtant mechanisms such as gear boxes.

When the gun was shipped out of our warehouse, our notes state that gun was in fully functional condition. We test fired 50 rounds out of it to confirm.
