Alicia Plaza Apartments Alicia Village Apartments Worst Apartment Complex in the area. Place is filled with felons and the police are there all the time. Laguna Hills California
Do not rent a unit in this complex. It is dangerous and the police are out almost every day. The whole complex is full of felons. They do credit checks, but not background checks, so if someone was in prison, their credit is good enough to get them in. It seems like it is little tj at night with loud Mariachi music and all types coming and going. There was some one murdered at the adjacent apartment complex, Alicia Village two months ago. The parking is horrible and even if your car is parked in the right place, it could get towed. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Read on-line comments. The place looks okay, but come by at night and chances are you will see groups of people hanging out doing nothing good, skateboarders vandalizing cars or the police trying to clean up the mess. I've been her for about four months and I am terrified to leave my apartment at night. Good luck getting anything fixed, it takes forever and I didn't feel comfortable with the person who came into the place. He left a mess and I will have my boyfriend fix anything in the future. Also, if you like ants, roaches and mice this is the place for you. I wake up every night and find cockroaches everywhere. There is an apartment below me with 10 people in it and they are loud and dirty. Management won't do anything. I have also found homeless people sleeping in the carports, but Management doesn't care. If you are a felon, come on over, but everyone else, stay away. I cannot wait for my lease to be up.
