Allstate - Allstate County Mutual - Ken Mauffey ripoff raised rates due to a claim of uninsured driver Bedford Texas
Allstate is the biggest rip off:
I was in an accident on Sept 20 of 2005, and Allstate has done nothing but screw me over and over, even though the accident was not my fault. I driver hit me from behind and of coarse he had no insurace. I had to use mine due to the fact I was not going to drive a wrecked brand new car.
Now that I have filed the claim it is almost 3 months later and I still do not have my car, because of the stupid people that work at Allstate. Plus I have no idea when I am going to get it back. The other thing is that the repaires and the rent car is going to total to more than the amount that I paid for the car because they can not get there crap together and just send my car to the right body shop to fix my car.
But the main reason why I am writing this rip off is because now that I have made a claim against my insurance they are going to raise my rates. They legally can not raise my rates due to the fact it was not my fault, so they came up with another reason. They supposably ran my husbands and mine credit after being with them for over 5 years. The policy is in my husbands name so they had no reason to run my credit score but they did and yes I do not have perfect credit, but it is better then fair. My husband has perfect credit.
So basically they are using the reason to raise our rates because of our credit, when I think the real reason is because I have a claim on my insurance now and they are trying to get rid of us.
So now our rates have sky rocketed and I still have no car. Which by the way I have made 3 payments on my car and I have not had it for any 3 of those payments. Is'nt that so WONDERFUL of allstate. DO NOT GO WITH ALLSTATE-----Big rip off. Sorry for my spelling I suck at it.
