From what I understand, Amica's policy for their employees criminal acts or criminal records is that an employee can not carry a felony while employed espeicial...ly in a Management position. So is it ok to plea bargain, while pleading "guilty" to Assault with a dangerous weapon (a loaded gun, and a baseball bat) on a person over the age of 60, and threatening to commit a crime acceptable to secure their job? Do you really agree with a continuted without a finding and a 2 year probation is enough? I think not. Allan D Olney, Manage of your Claims Dept. did just this to keep his job.
