Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company preys on the weak and less fortunate. The send out misleading flyers in the mail that make people think that they are working with your mortgage company and that you have been pre-approved for some sort of new loan. This is all a bunch of bs. What makes the company illegal is the fact that they charge upfront fees in order for them to start on your modification. The law that was passed in January of 2011 made it illegal to do so. They can try to persuade you to think that they are working around the law by doing a loan audit or that they are going to sue your lender, bs I say.

I was crooked into thinking they were legit as well so don't feel bad. Come to find out, the lady who processes the modifications is a 1 person show working out of her house! She additionally wasn't able to give me 1 reference of a homeowner who she was able to get a modification for. They are crooks and after they get your money you will never see it again!!!! The owners will of spent your money before they end up in jail and you won't see another penny! I have contacted the local news, the bbb, the ftc, and the fbi about what they are doing, they won't be open much longer!!

If you have not been foreclosed on as of yet when may it happen should be what you should be asking. There are a lot of people on the Internet professing to have the answer but is there really an answer when there is fraud upon fraud by the banks?

It is always difficult to have a discussion on any topic that is reportedly true when it is not completely true. In regards to the Arize Home Financial Group the people processing the leads stopped doing modification on January 31st of
2011 when the law went into effect. I am not sure what the alleged Consumer means by a loan audit or what good that would do unless the homeowner wants to verify all the money paid to the bank. What Arize Home Financial Group was selling is not known by me.

If you dont learn the whole truth, you will have emotions running high and you may end up doing something that you wished you had not done! Contact them and ask questions. If you dont get answers and have been damage in some way maybe you
should file with the Attorney General from the state you reside.

The basic reason we have so many different view points is because we have never learned for ourselves the whole truth. Without knowing the whole truth then emotions will understandable run high. No one wants to believe that they have been lied to by someone they thought they should trust. Maybe homeowners should learn the truth about what the banks have done and are doing? What will the banks do next?

The banks are reportedly contacting all the 50 States wanting to negotiate immunity for the banks fraud over foreclosures. You can read all about this continued fraud on any of the websites by doing an Internet search. One example:

NEW YORK (Reuters) - State attorneys general are negotiating to give major banks wide immunity over irregularities in handling foreclosures, even as evidence has emerged that banks are continuing to file questionable documents.

Most people do not want to believe that there is a world-wide plot in place. By now you should suspect that there is at least a plot in place by the major financiers and financial institutions, to control the world by controlling the Economy of the world. Now they want to get the 50 states involved in their fraud. Maybe everyone should send a letter to your governor asking about what their Attorney General plans on doing.  No one should  necessarily agree with all the points made in the information provided and that leaves it up to you to learn the truth. Just because someone posted something doesnt make it all true. The information is
only provided as an alternative viewpoint, intended to stimulate discussion so one day the truth will be known by all.

"When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth." Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

I know for a fact that when this consumer stated; 1 person show working out of her house is only true that there is only one persons that owns the company but it is in no way a 1 person show or that they are working out of their house. There are some associates that work out of their home but that is true for even companies like IBM, so I dont know what would be wrong with it in the first place.

The consumer wrote; wasn't able to give me 1 reference of a homeowner who she was able to get a modification for. It was a process in our case, my wife and I own a home which makes us a homeowner but we never got a modification either because it became illegal to collect up front if you were doing modification.
What we received out of the blue was an offer from the bank for a new 40 year mortgage starting out with 2% and with a large amount on the back-end of the mortgage that we did have to pay a payment on or interest either but it took over a year to get them to the point to make us an offer. We just received the signed paper in June of 2011. All good things take time.

Now you have heard from one homeowner that what you believe you know was not all true. Right? And what I want to say about any company? If they promised you anything then you should file a complaint with the AG of your state or even file a suit. I am also tried of people not doing what they said there are going to do. But that leads me to my last statement. I dont know how
anyone could guarantee you results because we are all dealing with entities that are all involve in the fraud upon fraud. And it continues.

You wrote : First of all, I have to applaud you on the gross misuse of grammar and the several punctuation errors that you have riddled throughout the entire complaint.

I invite you to take a look at your fellow employee's rebuttal above.   What does that say about your company?

Dear Unhappy Customer,

First of all, I have to applaud you on the gross misuse of grammar and the several punctuation errors that you have riddled throughout the entire complaint. Also if you are truly a previous client and not a disgruntled employee that had no business in this line of work to begin with, then you would know that there is a refund policy. On top of that, I know first hand that they do not even do loan modifications and that the services they perform must be done by paralegals and attorneys so as with any attorney there are fees involved.

I'm curious to know who your representative was, considering you failed to mention who they were. Much less, it doesn't state anywhere that you actually went through the process.  Also, seeing as you were so mistreated and "crooked" as you put it, I would think you would want everyone to know who the "culprit" was.

As it stands now, I believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion including myself. In MY opinion, you are probably a disgruntled employee who couldn't "hack it" and are upset by your now unemployed status. Unfortunately there are those who will review this and think you are correct and the only disservice done now is the fact that you've now cheated others out of possible help in their time of need.
