Aurora Loan Services - myauroraloan.com Short Sale Application Fraud Nationwide
I Filed a short sale application last year in November 2007, with aurora loan services, but this guy at Aurora Loan services ( Jose Diaz ) rejected the offer say its too low where as a matter of fact it was but he MIS-READ the offer document. He made me file the same application again and they approved it after 7 month of constant follow-up but by that time the Buyer was out of market. Since the market went further down I had to reduce the selling price and this time I got 4 offers but when I filed the short application with Aurora Loan , they said it will take atleast 8 weeks for an answer. I followed up after 4 weeks to see the status , and I got to know from one of the Representatives that they did not receive any Hardship letter , where as a matter of fact they ahd confirmed they have everything they need. Actually They shred off an important document and keep on saying they never received it . There is no way the cosumer woyld know whet is going on. I want to file a class action lawsuit againt Aurora Loan Services and also againts its Employees for Giving out misleading information and purposely loosing documentation . THIS IS BIG FRAUD , AURORA doesnt want any short sale to go through and let the Mortage become bad and further make the market bad. Please conact me if anyone is in the same BOAT , we can set this right.
