Bank Of America Cocky Supervisor thats trying to make a name in the fraud DEPT Internet
I had First started Using Bank Of America because of the "keep the Change" Nifty little savings program that I thought worked well, Heck im always using my mac Card and why not be able to Save when I spend. Originally and then later opend other accounts for my financal needs. BOA Did wonderfull up untill.
On night One of my dogs decided that A mac card sounded tasty. He more or less runied it. So I call bank of america, and they had no problem issuing a replacement. The next day i needed to get my smokes and gas and etc. before i left home for work i moved funds to another account becase hey i got my Backup for something like this, and hey no Problem. WAS I WRONG.
After the money movement. I ran to the store got my gas smokes treats if you will. and gave the cashier my card. ( DECLINED). Well gee. I know that can be right. so i head to work call Call BOA to find out whats up. COme to find out that BOA stopped and reissued New cards. Now mind you I had 4 accounts and 2 cards a piece thats 8 cards. Grrrr. SO they came and the pins. called the numbers to activate. All is wonderfull untill again the same problem BOA cancled all cards and re sent new. called BOA Again no problemo just use the same pins when you recieve the new cards. When i did all 8 cards did not work. Except for 1.
Now I was expecting a Rather large Deposit For Hrs workd over time EtC. Accounts are opened but the cards accept for one worked so i moved the money and just took it out. When i called BOA Again. no one could talk to me and transfered me to FRAUD.
I asked why I was transfered here. Supervisor more or less told me that abnormal transfers and tansactions were taking place and that they don't condone this type of money moving and we are reporting you to check systems for fraud. Well my responce was why were the cards cancled by your reps. I got no Answer and got hung up on. Now in the process of check systems to remove it WIll Up Date
