I started working with Robert over a year ago to make an online application for me. I now out over $2500.00 and I still don't have a working application. I have over a 100s emails that I have sent him and I have received no response, support or a working web application. Once your money clears he will not get back in touch. With over 15 years of working with business he has been the worst person I have ever dealt with. At this point I don't expect anything back from Robert however I do want to inform anyone that is thinking of working with him that you will not get what you pay for. So save your self the time and frustration.

Our response to many defamatory false statements

This customer is claiming he sent our company a check for $2500 to build an online web application and is making everyone believe that "our company cashed his check and did not deliver his product at all" nor did we ever respond to him for over 1 year, which is what his statement says on this site. This is far from the truth and tells a completely different story of the facts.

The truth is, this customer purchased our software for $1,900 over 2 years ago back in 1998 and he paid by credit card (NOT BY A CHECK LIKE HE CLAIMS). The product was delievered to him within the same day after his purchase. This customer making this claim on this site about our company is a written defamatory statement that includes many false representations of the facts and is considered defamation, libel, and slander causing harm to our company.

Here are the facts:

This customer purchased our software for $1900 and this purchase has nothing to do with his online web application which was a totally new and different product/service request. We delivered his software immediately after he paid for it by credit card (NOT BY CHECK).

This customer states that after our company "cashed his check" that he could not receive NO response, support, or a web application from our company for a whole 1 year after 100's of emails. This is also far from the truth as we have spoken to this client many times and emailed this client many times as well.

This customer states that it took our company over 1 year to integrate his PDF doc into his online web application? That is not true. This customer purchased our software for $1900 and we delivered the software product immediately after he purchased the software.

So we delivered his product within a few days or less based on what he purchased by CREDIT CARD, and not by a CHECK like he claimed.

He then paid us additional funds months later so we can integrate his PDF docs into the online web application, in which we did finish for him. After we finished integrating his PDF docs into his online web application, he did not even start using his software or contact us for several months later.

When he contacted us again, he requested we make changes in the software to work the way he wanted it to work, so we made those changes to the online application and the status section and after he tested the work done, he was happy with the work completed.

Once again, we do not hear from him for another few months in which again he still has not started using his software. He informed me his PDF doc was not working properly, and when we looked into it, we informed this client that the new programming changes we made at his request caused the PDF doc to not work properly and that we would get this fixed for him. Before we could even get this fixed, we noticed that he posted this innacurate and false ripoff report about our company on this ripoffreport site.

At this point in time, we stopped all work and refused to support him any further due to this customer's defamatory statement and false representation of the facts that is considered defamation, libel, and slander causing harm to our company. This customer is claiming that after 1 year he received NO response, support, or a online web application for this customer.

The fact is, we did deliever his software immediately upon the purchase, and finished his PDF doc integration as well, but at a later point in time. The 1 year timeline he is mentioning is the time this client spent NOT using his software and contacting us for support several months a part after the work was completed.
