Bella Beads 1,000's of Victims; stake out the P.O.Box? E. Irvine California
I ordered the "Extra Earnings Unlimited Booklet on Oct.8,"08 (ref#7601103M201VKMQQO on my credit card) for $44.95. Rec'd the booklet & picked Bella Beads out of 65 other co's.to do business with. Called them & rec'd the pink info sheet in a few days. Read it, agreed to their terms and sent for the start-up kit, materials to complete 1st set of 18 bookmarks, & 1 completed as an example. After 5 sets the $36 for the materials was sup-posed to be refunded if I remember correctly (didn't copy the info sheet). A M.O.#200996975696 sent in the amt.of $89.56 cashed on Nov.3,'08 was supposed to speed up the arrival (a personal check would've taken a week longer) of my pkg. in 6-8 business days. The time came & went & no pkg. Call after call never returned except one that I made from a different phone pre-tending to be another victim. The sweet little voice on the other end sudden-ly turned nasty telling me "give it another week". After me calling the E.Irvine Police Dept.(Officer Lonnie @949 724 7000), the people who sold me the booklet (People's Lifestyle Inc.; 1503 Gause Blvd#102; Slidell, LA-70458- 985 646 1700), and Detective Patterson here, she finally called me. BUT, instead of sending me my money as I asked, she said I'd get my pkg. but don't open it, write "Refused", & return. It came, did as instructed, and now, Jan.5,'09, 2 more weeks later, STILL no sign of my money back. The Holidays were bleak because of her. Only comfort I have-- God'll get her if the law can't stop her.
