This guy does NOT know what he's doing. He's an immigration attorney who will take your money and do absolutely NOTHING. He is clueless in court and is terrible at what he does. He claims that he has a great knowledge of immigration law but does not perform. Stay away from this guy!

Today is the first time I have heard of this complaint. The accusation is entirely false. The writer has never contacted me on this matter. If you are going to slander my name to the world, please let the world know who you are. If you do not let me know who you are, I cannot help you solve your problem or complaint. Otherwise, it looks like you are just angry because you lost a case that you deserved to lose, or that you are upset because the INS takes F-O-R-E-V-E-R sometimes to to their work (this is particularly common and frustrating with sponsoring refugees from refugee camps in Africa, and I generally do not take these cases) and are just venting. That is not fair to you or to me or to the people you are writing for. I have no information about the case this person is talking about. I am an immigration lawer, and have considerable experience in certain areas of immigration law. I work hard to stay within the bounds of those areas of immigration law with which I am familiar. If the person who is complaining would let the public know who he, or she, is, it would be much fairer to everyone, and I can fairly answer his or her difficulty. I have had clients who were dissatisfied with the results of their cases. This has been extremely rare. On those cases, I have discussed the matter with them, and always, if the problem was assignable to me, or my work, I have made good on the problem. I cannot place who might have written this complaint. "John" is an American name, but I very rarely work with American born clients in the immigration field. I also know that to date, I have not had any complaints from any John concerning their case. Perhaps the name is "Jonathan"?
