Big Daddy Technology Big Daddy Spy Misrepresented product on their website. Will not refund purchase. Admitted product does not work on my device and did not refund product. Tries to upsale to other products. Technical support is ineff Internet
Big Daddy technology sold me Blueware cellphone spyware software via an internet download. After my many attempts to get the product to work on a blackberry, their technical support said that it does not often work on a Blackberry.They then attempted to sell me another program which I declined since this seemed like I would be sold another defective product.
I asked for a refund multiple times and I was told that they forwarded my request to their payment department and after several weeks each time, I never received a refund.
Finally I was sent an email that told me to stop contacting them and that I should take up the purchase issue with my credit card company.
The Blueware cellphone spyware software description on their website did not state it had issues working with Blackberrys. Additionally, the description did not say you need to have access to the phone you want to install the software on. Fortunate for me I id have access.
Stay away from Big Daddy Technology and Blueware.
