Bill Blanks.com Ripoff! Vitamin Scam tied to all purchases Clifton New Jersey
My wife recently purchased a DVD set from Billy Blanks.com. When she was processing the order it clearly states you can receive a seven day "free" sample of his vitamins.
According to their customer service, my wife "did not read the fine print" which authorizes them to automaticly enroll you in the thirty day program that debits your credit card every month and ships another thirty day supply. The packing slip indicates that you can cancel the program by returning the unopened vitamins.
I told customer service that I refused to bare the expense of returning an item we did not order. She offered to issue a credit of $5 but I told her it was unacceptable since the product was not ordered.
I told them that I would cancel the credit/debit card that was given for the purchase and she told me that that would not stop the bills and I would be handed over to collections.
