Blue Hippo BLUE HIPPO has made me feel like a BLUE DIPPO! ripoff Sicklerville New Jersey
I thought Blue Hippo was really great! But, I was wrong!
They have bemsen taking 80.00 out of my account every 2 weeks for the purchase of a computer w/printer (they added the plasma scrren tv). I was told after my initial 99.00 pmt on 4/5/07 & the bi-weekly pmnts therafter. I can receive my computer.
I contacted Blue Hippo on several occasions, and each time I was told that I would receive some forms to fill out in the mail and they also said they would email it to me. BUT ofcourse Im still waiting!
I have spoke to at least 5 representatives and 2 supervisors. But NOTHING or no one helped me!
I tried to cancel everything, but they wont let me do that!! One rep told me that I could get my 580.00 credit that has been taken out of my account by getting a calling card that they have! PLEASE! I DO NOT NEED OR WANT a calling card! I just want my computer or my money back!
Well, needless to say Im still waiting for the forms in the mail and also on my email but NOTHING!
I am sooooooooo fed up!!
