Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company took over the management for the property I currently rent.  When they showed up and introduced themselves, they did so with the police unannounced.  They told us then they were taking over and we would need to submit an application to stay, but they are "good people" and will not charge us another deposit if we can show receipts for our original deposit.

Well a week later, they tell us we cannot rent the property because of some local laws unless only one of us applied and got approved.  A week after that, I secured a perfect cosigner with prestine credit and signifacnt income.  We had to pay $50 for my application and another for the cosigners.  Thats $15 above the average.  The credit check was handled very amateurish, in that I had to physically signup and start a membership with a credit company for them to run it.  I never seen such a pony show to run an application for a rental property.

A few days pass and I reach out about when I will sign my lease.  Kim Wesler of the company informs me I will know the next day after the owner decides.  i asked on what grounds she could deny the application but she didnt respond.  Today I received an email with a denial letter.  After calling the office I found out they didnt even run my cosigner!  The owner made up her mind about us before they ran the application, because she didnt like the guy subleasing to us and associates us with him somehow, even though we don't know him well enough.

now I have 2 weeks to move, and I thought it was a done deal to stay here.  i am demanding my $100 application fees to be refunded because it was a farce, they didnt even run the 2nd application and the first one was only submitted on the terms that we had that cosigner.  This whole thing shows these people don't care about anybody but themselves, and don't care to lie to you up until you have to live on the streets while I could have been securing a different house!

The company showed how they tried to work with the applications but it was the owner who closed the door at the last minute.  I apologize for the quick post out of anger.  They are also refunding the $100 as I wanted.   Still sucks I have 2 weeks to move, but in this case it's not the property management's fault, it's the owners.
