We moved into that house mentioned in Apr. at $2,000/month and until Oct when my husband lost his job...the rent was PAID....and up to November.(make sure you check facts before slandering people Mark).... After that, we agreed that it would be best if we moved from the house. My family AND the owners were in agreement, and also (and I have emails confirming this) they (the home owners) told us NOT to pay anymore so we could save as much as we could to move on!!! After we filed for BK7, we told the owners that they would have to get a relief of the stay to persue anymore but it was pointless for we would be out by the end of Jan.....We OFFERED to pay something, they refused it!!!! After we filed the BK, we no longer could pay for anything.... The homeowners were more than gracious to us, fair and just nice...and I have no quarrel with them and I am sorry that things turned as they did and I have an email from them stating that they feel the same...we both wished things could of been different so, check the facts before you write something about people when it isn't true and as far as being dead beats......I hope you lose your job, all the money you have saved and have nothing left and have to ask your children for money to live on! How dare you even suggest that to ANYONE who has had to suffer through this economy, like so many others!
