The attached letters reflect that "Bright Builders" has defrauded me and went ahead ithout my formal written permission to charge $4,500.00 on both cards which ultimately ruined my Credit with EBay and Citibank,

Also, this person said that Ebay was in Utah and that he was a Power Seller for you and belonged to the EBay Company. He had me on the phonefor 5 Hours and when I asked for time to think about it he would not stop calling me.....I was not aware at that time that he had already charged my accounts. And furthermore, I had no idea which cards he charged against.

Then just to add insult to injury, my (would be) trainer Emily was the one who dropped the ball and advised that their Company was not actually EBay. I have not heard from them since that time and I refuse to pay such a horrendous amount of money for the privilege of Selling on EBay......

I was already developing my Websites in order to facilitate the Selling Process. I am still shell shocked. My parents have died, I am on disability, and my husband is furious with me.......I am alone and feel like a total fool to proceed because I know that I have what it takes to become A Winner! I will prevail.

Please advise as I had to pay PAYPAL $348 today as a result. If you require any further information as to proof regarding the other two Websites that were being developed, I can certainly provide them for you. I tried to sell about 10 items and ave more but I am following the rules an getting nothing back.

I returned the package to the company and have the receipt to prove it.I have been utterly destroyed and I WILL NEVER PAY ONE DIME OF THE MONEY TO PAYPAL OR CITIBANK !I am sure Uncle Sam would not appreciate being scammed for $5,885 either.....

I read the other peoples reports and the difference between myself and them is that I AM NOT AFRAID and since I know a lot about all the scams on the Internet I will report them as well.

I want Mike Jovan to go to jail for ruining my llife......If I cannot get any help then I will take matters into my own hands. They messed with the wrong person this time because I have NOTHING LEFT TO LOSE

I have more information on every step of this FRAUD Case and Paypal, Citibank, and Wachovia Bank are all at fault in this tangled web of deception and corruption. I want all of them to be included in this report.
