On Friday, 09/26/08, I was hired by Bryan Banfill (Social Security Number 152-64-6322) to perform a Financial Analysis on the Country Club of Salem. On Monday, 09/29/08, I submitted the Financial Analysis to Mr. Banfill as agreed.On or about 01/14/09, Mr. Banfill only paid me $500. As of today, Mr. Banfill has not paid the remaining balance now owed in the amount of $2,586.01.
