The company is collecting on "adult phone call" charges. They are using the name of our company in Pensacola, FL, but state they are actually collecting for a company located in Woodland Hills, CA. They will not give me the phone number or address of the "real" business so that I can request for a creditor name change. Our company - Network Telephone in Pensacola is a viable company and we have no part in these collection activities.
I urge you to call 432 352 8060 to contact B.O.S.S. owner Dan Becker. In addtion, you can also call 866-570-9152 in order to reach him.
Lastly, since third party agencies are governed by the state attorney, please contact the State Attorney General at 800-621-0508 and file a complaint against this company.
