Carolina Carports Delivery issues, no communication, sorry customer service, flat out lies Nationwide
Carolina Carports is the worst company I've ever had dealings with. They're quick to take your down payment on a carport, but in no way are they in a hurry to get your building up. Multiple promises of delivery times and all broken. You take off work to meet them at your home and they don't show up and they don't call or communicate at all. They have rescheduled 3 times now and I still have not got my building. All their representatives can say is "I understand". No they don't. They aren't the ones taking off work and losing money only to be stood up with no shows. They apologize and expect you to understand. Understanding and apologies go out the window when I lose 3 days work. Do not do business with this company. Worst customer service ever!
