Chad Golightly And Associates, Chad Golightly Attourny leaves single mother of 2 small children to ROTT Las Vegas, Nevada
I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in Oct. '05.... My C-1 vertebrae was fractured, ribs separated from my spine, shoulder
displacement...ect....new Hyundai totaled...accident not my fault. My family hired Chad Golightly to represent my case, Golightly promised a ton of money because of my extensive injuries. I did not know that Chad Golightly was such a scum attorney, he had more commercials on T.V. than any other attorney.
After the first week the firm stopped calling me back on my case, basically what I have found from research and word of mouth is that Chad Golightlys usual routine is to sign to an injured persons case, do nothing and once you hire another attorney for actual representation he liens your case!!!!!
Chad was always such a schmoooozer with me, I am a attractive, blonde, single mom that he has ripped off! The insurance payouts were the state minimum, he didn't even go after the insurance companies even with my extensive injuries! 10,000 for personal property which paid off my totaled car.... and 15,000 for personal liability... that check was written by the insurance company and has been sitting with Chad Golightly for over 2 years... my case has been settled for 2 YEARS!! And Golightly still has yet to pay one medical bill, not even one! My medical bills are lower than 15,000 - because Chad Golightly told me personally on the phone that I could no longer go to the doctors he had sent me to that were accepting the lien for the case... I said " Chad I am still in a neck brace and can still hardly walk, what do I do?" He said "Oh Well, Your case is out of funds".
The staff in his office has been extremely rude with me and acts as if I am being inpatient when I bring up the fact that he has still to yet cash the check and release funds to the medical companies... the last time I called my file had been put into storage! Geraldine, his secretary had to call me back once the file was pulled from storage! Some attorney right????
Currently I am left with all the medical bills on my credit, luckily the collections calls have stopped, I talk to each collections agent and tell my story to them and then give them Golightlys phone number!!!
However this affects my credit, which means, no new car, no new house, no student loans..... I currently still am a single mom with 2 kids, full time flight student and full time office manager and still in pain each day from my extensive injuries.... And still waiting for MY ATTORNEY Chad Golightly to represent my case like a professional.
