Citifinancial Auto ,Citifinancial Auto are liars, theives and money hungry company with no reguard for anyone but themselves Ohio, Colorado Nationwide
My husbanc purchased a F350 Ford Truck in Marshall, TX and the dealership made the loan through Citifinancial. Worse mistake we ever made.
My husband has been put on disability and filed a claim with insurance, who by the way are the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with, but that will be another complaint, to pay off the truck and make sure Citifinancial gets their money.
My husband contacted the collection dept of Citifiancial many times, and told them what was happening, and asked them to hold off on repoing the truck until the insurance paid. They agreed to work with him and he was told by this claim department that they would hold off and let the insurance work, and go through. A week later a wrecker came to repo my husbands truck, and we recieved a letter stating that it will be sold SOMETIME, what ever that means, after Nov. 13, 2008.
I call and spoke to a Ms. Fitzgerald in the loss control department of Citifinancial and was told by her, over the phone, that yes collections did say the above, but they stepped in and took over the case and had the truck repoed, after we were assured this would not happen, and we could have the insurance pay off the loan. As you can see, this company are liars, cheats, and very rude and deceitful. We will never deal with this loan company again, and I would advise any 0ne who reads this to stay away from them at all costs. They are nasty to deal with, and they lie about everything they do.
