CNDirect Deceptive company preying on Consumers on-line based in China Internet
The company CNDirect is quite possibly the worst company in the world.
They advertise inexpensive products and use models to make their clothes look wonderful.
I purchased clothing, christmas lights and a watch case at a cost of over $200.00. They sent the watch case which has a glass top in a plastic postal envelope with no padding. My guess is they sent a broken one to begin with as they had to know there is no way the case could have made it undamaged.
The clothing, was modeled by petite asian models. Since my wife is a petite asian, I ordered, only to receive clothing that would have fit an elephant!
One set (ordered three) of lights had a Euorpean plug 220V wiring.
I had to send the items back at an additional cost of $72.90.
Two months an numerous emails have produced no refund and no satisfaction.
The company continues on a daily basis to string me along with promises of a refund that are not forthcoming.
This company receives many complaints but to date they continue to do business and are accepted by PayPal.
My suggestion to anyone considering making a purchase from them is .... don't!
