I ordered a royal blue patent leather Coach purse and a black patent leather wallet from a "Coach Factory Outlet Store" online.
I entered credit card information online and was immediately sent an email stating they received my money, and I could request tracking information.
I requested tracking information and got an automated message back in my email stating, "Hello,
We're out of office from 18th to 24th for holiday, and we will back for work on 25th, emails will be replied to then. We feel sorry for the inconvenience taken to you. Thanks for your understanding!" I got this email on the 17th so they should not have been out of the office yet.
I then tried to contact them again by email and got the same message, so I waited until the 25th. I emailed again asking about my purchase and got no response.
The next day I received a package from China with an ugly light pink purse in it and a cheap black wallet??? When I took it all out of the packaging, I noticed a hole in the purse?
I have tried emailing and calling with absolutely no response. I stopped payment on my Visa card and emailed them again to let them know it was being investigated by Visa, but still no response.
What a scam they are running and how smart they are to keep you on the hook with the whole "out of the office" email reply.
Do not order from these sites.
