Cochran Oswald Roam LLC legal malpractice over billing ripoff fraud Blue Springs Missouri
Mr cochran represented my wife in a custody matter (with her ex husband Kim Rettenmier)in Columbia,Mo. During this time he would not communicate with her. He didn't follow through with discovery, or talk to the witness's that had information that would or could help in the case.
He intentionally put her kids in harms way by not following through. He read the court records and knew of the road rage, department of human resources reports and did nothing to protect this 9 & 11 year old.
Instead he waited for night before trial and then forced a settlement based on no evidence. He didn't do his job, but charged $60,000.00 dollors for his time. It appears that he not only neglegent in his practice of law, but seems to over bill real well.
