CONSUMERS BEWARE!! (COLUMBIA HOUSE).... Has been charging us unauthorized charges for merchandise that we've never recieved. We cannot contact a single human being for the life of us!! No matter what number you call, you end up at a dead end!! We have had to cancel our charge card, because there was no way to stop these a$$holes!!
