Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company is running an incentive (pyramid scam) site, whereby they solicit members to complete online offers in order to become eligible for prizes. The offers range from free trials, to paid subscription services, and benefit/MLM programs offered through various advertising services such as Search Cactus LLC. Completing the offers allows the company owner to receive money through affiliate sales.

The owner has stated that he has been paid over $8,000 through his site. Many individuals, myself included, have completed the requirements to receive our merchandise or money, and the owner now refuses to pay or abide by his terms.

This is clearly a pyramid or some type of scam. I have also contacted the BBB and FTC and might possibly be contacting a lawyer to attempt to receive compensation. If you need any further information, please feel free to contact me.

According to my collection agency, payment has been posted and they are waiting on it to clear. So, hopefully, this is accurate information and I will receive my funds. I will reply in turn once I have heard from them.

Still not paid

As of today, May 18th, I still have not received payment. I was originally promised a 17" flat screen monitor, which I never received. This was initially processed in the middle of December. The owner finally said that they would send out payments instead of gifts. I am still waiting on any response from this person.

This person has been paid!

#5REBUTTAL Owner of company

The publisher company SearchCactus put the publisher account on hold and held all money. All payments to website users were delayed during that time and all users were notified of the issue. Since then all payments have been sent out. Most of this report gives misleading information. Never once did the site state that more than $8000 was recieved. No honest and valid users were denied payment, just delayed. The terms of service were never violated. The website scammed nobody.
