We visited Tahiti Village in 2005. We were told we could go to any place we wanted to within Interval International and because Las Vegas was such a sought after vacation spot - places were available at every location they showed us in the Interval catalog. The rep told us stories of all the wonderful places he had been. We specifically asked about Yellowstone and he assured us we could go any time we wanted. Now after owning for more than 3 years, we still haven't gotten in at Yellowstone. We complained, they sent us a letter from their legal department stating that the contract does not promise that places will be available. The rep says he tried to put something through with Interval but some "hot" spots just never have vacancies. Funny, he didn't tell us that when he was selling us the timeshare.

We tried booking airline tickets through Consolidated Resorts Travel. First, it is impossible to get through on their number. Second, their prices are higher than airline tickets I could purchase myself. And this was supposed to be a benefit of being an owner????

Like so many others, we are extremely disappointed in our purchase. They told us we were purchasing at a great price because the property wasn't open yet. Then why can't we sell at our price - if they are selling at higher prices.

Sleezy salespeople and tactics-I wish some lawyer could help all of us who are miserable because of their tactics. Surely, something can be done so more people aren't hurt by Consolidated Resorts.
