Was looking for a company who offered all three credit reports and scores at a reasonable price.  CreditScore advertises on their homepage the following:

I was very happy when I first signed up and I received all three scores and reports.  The next month I did not check my report.  The third month I checked my report and score and found there was only one available.

I contacted creditscore.com with the following Email:

"Hello,

 I signed up for this service because it says you will receive continue to receive all three bureaus.  I am now only receiving Experian.  Why am I only receiving Experian?  Please release the other reports/scores as well.  Thank you,"
 

and they said the following:

I replied with the following:

"Hello Mr. B?

 
I am glad you appreciate the opportunity to explain the features of my membership however you neglected to answer my question or comment on the very relevant attached image.  It indicated you will receive all three for $12.95/month.  I am now paying $12.95 per month for Experian.  Your company advertised and continues to advertise exactly what I purchased and I would like to receive what I was promised.  I am keeping up my end of the deal and I expect creditscore to keep up their end of the deal.  I look forward to your reply."
 
 
Someone else replied back with:

      Our records indicate that you enrolled on 7/10/13, the 3 bureau report was a one-time offer at the start of your membership.  The report is accessible to you for 30 days from the order date and was viewed on 8/7/13. Below is benefits you received as a CreditScore.com member.
      Credit Monitoring:
          Monitors New Inquiries, New Accounts, Address Changes, New Negative Information and New Public Records on the Experian, Equifax and TransUnion credit files.
      These are posted on the Home Page daily (provided there is a change in the Members' file).
      Monthly No Hit emails are sent out the 1st of the month covering the previous month.
      Alerts are emailed to the Members informing him/her that there has been a change, but the details of the change are not included.      
 
Reports:           Members receive a 3b/3s report at time of sign-up. All future reports will require purchase.
          1b/1s = $4.95
          3b/3s = $19.95
      Available online for 30 days.       Direct online access to dispute inaccuracies

  Fraud Resolution Assistance:           Identity Theft Resolution agents are trained in understanding how to resolve identity thefts.       Assigned to one agent who is committed to the case, helping to contact the bank.

My reply was as follows:
 
"Your home page advertising says nothing about a 30 day trial.  Please cancel my membership immediately.  I will also be disputing all but the first charge with my bank and filing a report with the BBB and ripoffreport.com.  Please send an Email confirming the cancellation.  Thank you for your time."
 
And finally their reply from yet A THIRD agent!:
 
"Thank you for writing.  We're sorry you decided to cancel your membership, and appreciate your choosing CreditScore.com® as your provider of credit monitoring, reports and scores.     This is to confirm we processed your request for cancellation of the CreditScore.com credit monitoring membership as of 9/##/2013.   Your cancellation confirmation number is #############.     CreditScore.com does not offer a trial period, therefore you were immediately billed upon enrollment.  Upon cancellation the billing is discontinued and no further monthly membership fees will be applied to the credit card number we have on file for you.  If you do see a charge on your billing statement effective after the date of cancellation, please contact us either by phone or email and we will be happy to assist you.     We will continue to monitor your credit report and you will still be able to receive alerts and access your credit report until 10/##/2013 , when your membership expires.     We hope you enjoyed your CreditScore.com benefits, including the daily monitoring of your Experian® credit report and email alerts when key changes were detected on your credit report.  Even though the membership may not have been right for you, please remember that we offer an array of credit report and monitoring products.  Our site will allow you to log in to your account in the future in case you wish to purchase such a product or reestablish your membership.     We look forward to serving any of your future personal credit monitoring, credit report or credit score needs.

www.creditscore.com AND www.creditreport.com are RIP-OFFS.  Do not lose your money and waste your time with this company.  Not once was my problem addressed.  Their Emails are all pre-written and share no concern for their consumers.
 
Now I am off to inform the BBB.
