CTI Concepts and Designs Kenneth McGowan CTI Concepts and Designs/Kenneth McGowan destroyed new concrete slab requiring significant additional expense to repair Midlothian Texas
I recently hired Kenneth McGowan/CTI Concepts and Designs to stain and seal a recently poured and smoothly finished new concrete slab in my detached garage. The slab was poured more than 30 days ago. They were too aggresive in their preparation using a grinder on the slab which caused gouges, sand marks, grinder marks, uneven places ultimately causing significant damage to the slab. They stained and sealed the pourly prepped surface with bad results. The finish has roller marks, globs, drips, thin dull places contrasting with glossy thick places, seal over dirt and grass as well as other obvious mistakes. They will not/cannot repair the damage and will not reimburse so that someone else can be hired to fix the damage. Do not choose this company for your concrete refinishing needs as you will be extremely disappointed.
