I ordered a new 351W Ford engine from Tuff dawg engines located on 518 East Dunlap Avenue Phoenix, AZ

I shipped them my 2 alunm cylinder heads along with my serpentine belt timing chain cover which were to be installed.
I had paid Tuff Dawg Engines a deposit of $1800.00
Got an email stating that Tuff Dawg Engines had gone out off business and we should contact our credit card company for a refund.
Still waiting (18Nov2014) for any action from credit card company or Az legal offices?
