Debra Cormier - Derek Rushlow ripoff built us a house that is falling apart and will not return to even acknowlege it, The deck and front porch a twisting and crumbling and so is the foundation Warren Massachusetts
We had a house built by a contractor for Debra Cormier named Derek Rushlow. Since we moved in last April we have a 8 foot crack in the foundation, the front porch and deck were not placed below the frost line so they are lifting and tearing apart. The land is not escavated well so we are always flooded. We live in a broken down house surrounded by mudd. We paid $175,00 dollars for junk and they will not acknowledge any of it.
I would like a local news station to help us out to humiliate these people and put them out of business so they can not do this to any one else. I would also like the money to fix all of our problems. Contractors estimate about $50,000.

I can tell you for a fact that the report filed regarding myself and Derek Rushlow is a lie. The house in question was built and inspected by the town of Warren. There was an issue the deck in the back of the house. Our Insurance company went to the house in question and inspected all the owners complaints and found them to be not supported. The only issues was the back deck had twisted due to green lumber. Our insurance company paid the home owner to have the deck repaired.
This house was in a developement that we worked in daily and the home owners never bother to contact us with any complaints they just filed a law suit against us and sued us. This house is the exact house we built right next door for my son that I see daily. So trust me if this house was falling down I would see it...it is not it is in perfect shape.
Any other issues the home owner was complaining about was not supported.
