Dell Computer Ripoff Failure to honor a rebate Round Rock Texas
My parents purchased a Dell Computer in May of 2004.
We sent all the necessary paperwork (packing slip and form) in for the rebate. We contact Dell Computer twice and they indicated they were sending a check and then said they would issue a credit on the card.
As of today, 12/1/04 they still have not issued a check nor a credit for a rebate they offered in May of 2004.
