Discount Engine Exchange on This company sounded like a very honest company when I talked to them about putting a rebuilt motor in my truck in 2013, SO NOT TRUE Mesa Arizona
I called and talked to the owner (don't recall his name) to get a quote to replace my engine in an F250 pickup.He was very nice and souned very professional and honst. He quoted me $2,300.00 for an engine exchange. Labor was included. He told me it would be done in 1 to 2 weeks. In 2 weeks he called and said I had to replace all the hoses. I told him that they had been changeed 1 month ago. He said if I didn' Change them it would void the warranty. (So I had him change them) that was $600.00 more.
then a couple days latter I recieved another call that the heater core and raidiator were plugged, I told him to flush them because the were both around 1 year old. Again he said it will void his warranty. This too was another $1,2300.00 bucks. befor it was all done the $2300.00 turned into $5,000.00 I will never go back the are not honest!!!!!!

I am also a victim, agreed on rebuild engine what I got after 14 month & $6000 later no good used engine parts they claimed where never purchased for my 1997 Cadillac where never installed, aaa towed my car from this shop to my house. no brakes no steering flat tiers etc.
where is the law ? To bring this shop owner/ managment to justices
