Indulgence Handbags Sells Authentic Designer Products - and is NOT Dluxe Bags or any other company.

The internet is full of opinion makers and conspiracy theorists, as well as competitors trying to discredit our business.

Indulgence Handbags was formed in 2007 and has been online for 3 years now. It is not a fly by night operation, nor does it sell anything but Authentic Designer Products. If we didn't care about our business, we would not be here defending ourselves. But we do care, and customers who have purchased from us have never been victimized or treated poorly. We are very quick and responsive to questions, if any customer is dissatisfied with a product, they are able to return it for a refund. We receive very few returns because our customers are satisfied with our products. These false allegations are an insult to not only our company, but to our valued customers as well. Our customers are not stupid people who are unknowingly buying misrepresented products as these false allegations insinuate. It is just the opposite, they are highly educated individuals, men and women, from the United States and around the world, and many not only email us to leave positive feedback, they become 'friends' and share their family vacation photos with us, a photo of their child, etc. Does that sound like a site that is ripping people off, harassing them, or victimizing them?

Honestly, this tyrade of continual insults is actually becoming very old - and we are the ones that are being threatened, our livelihood and that of our families is being threatened with these vicious attacks - and what is really sad is they are unjustified.

One actual customer started this tyrade, we'll call him "Scooter" to protect his privacy. We have written what "Scooter" did to our company, he was a bully who threatened one of our female staff - he returned a damaged product to us, yet he is the victim?? I would honestly love to see "Scooter" go to a department store, try to force a return of a damaged product, then when the SA says no - threaten and bully her. He wouldn't - but because we are an online store, he felt he had the ability to do so - we could have easily not accepted his return, but because we are a good store, we did and we gave him a full refund - promptly. We not only lost the product, which was a valuable handbag, because we don't sell used or damaged products, we were thrust into this neverending attack.

And it needs to stop, but sadly it may not because "Scooter" and his friends are determined to destroy our reputation and our livelihood out of sheer vengeance - and as for the 'coveted' Purse Blog and all the links they posted above - which have NOTHING to do with us as we are NOT Dluxe Bags - well consumers you may want to read the links about them, and who they are - and why they attack sites such as ours, not because they are the defenders or protectors of consumers, but because they feel if they can eliminate the competitors such as ourselves, it will generate more business so that they can sell their goods. Now - there are SOME good people on the Purse Blog - so in no way am I grouping everyone into this - but the ones in control of the Purse Blog and their minions - those are the individuals that are wreaking havoc. If people do a little research on Google - they will find that these individuals on the Purse Blog have written nasty stuff about major department stores in the US, and other very reputable companies - in their opinion pretty much everyone other than the actual brand store sells misrepresented products. So how can their opinion be trusted considering who they've written about?

So before people can form an opinion about our store, they should read about the people that are attacking us, what's in it for them to do so, and then form a true opinion and see who are really the victims here.

As for our store hiding behing aliases, changing IP addresses and websites? Laughable - there are no aliases - there has been a change in management and staff since January 2010 - to better serve our customers - but that's it - we've changed our website twice in 3 years - it is common to change hosts to better serve business needs - our new host has better functionality, offers better support, and is a secure and trusted host - so suddenly it's a crime and deceitful to change hosts which only serves to improve the business and to make the customers shopping experience seamless and secure? Unbelievable. And yes when you change a host your IP address changes - so what?

You people that are writing this garbage are reaching and stretching to find ridiculous things to accuse us falsely of. You can report us to whomever you wish, because we've done nothing wrong. We are a US site - in business for 3 years, with many satisifed customers - we are very easy to work with, and are responsive to our customers. We have never ripped anyone one nor would we ever do that. And the people who have their own mind and form the right opinion about us, continue to shop with us as they know these allegations are false.

So you can continue to write this garbage, and we will continue to defend ourselves, we care about our business that we work very hard at, and we are not going to allow competitors or nasty people to discredit us falsely. Whomever is writing this should have the guts to email us directly, we'd be happy to speak with you - instead of hiding behind anonymous names. And why is that? Is it because you were never a customer of ours and by revealing your identity we will know that and it will prove you are just a competitor trying to discredit us?

Why don't you spend your valuable time doing something good for the world instead of trying to ruin people's livelihood for no good reason?? I and my staff would never do this to people, we would never go after our competitors like this - but we are not greedy nor vicious - like these people are. We are Christian people, and we treat our customers with respect - the only person we were upset with was "Scooter" - and only after he started threatening one of our staff - and i'm sorry but go to a department store and attack an SA and make her cry and let's see if the Store Manager just stands there and smiles - I doubt it highly. We are only protecting ourselves and our staff from vicious people like "Scooter" and these terrible competitors.

We welcome anyone to buy from us - and if they aren't happy with the product, they will receive a full refund - but chances are 99% will be happy because I will say this until i'm blue in the face, we only sell Authentic Designer Products. Period. We only buy from companies in the US and Italy - who are all legitimate incorporated companies - in business for 5-15 years - a few being store owners. That is it. We would never buy from anyone that was not trustworthy nor are we in this business to make a quick buck. We know the truth, our customers know the truth. And we have not violated anything - nor would we.

So continue getting your jollies by victimizing us - but if you were Christian people, you would never gain happiness by bringing others down. That is just nasty and evil.

The bags pictured on the indulgencehandbags.com website will be a likeness or made as close to the real thing, with lower quality materials used, but unlike the actual authentic designer brand handbag, the quality will be inferior when compared to the actual authentic bag. This websites merchandise is definitely not and will not be authentic as they advertise to mislead buyers into thinking.

We are certified by many reputable 3rd party entities. We have very limited inventory on what we do sell, usually only one product per style, because they are all authentic and are thus hard to come by. We only deal with sources in the United States and Europe - and we only ship from within the United States. We are only Indulgence Handbags - in Seattle Washington, we are not any other company, we have no affiliation with any other company, we are not this Dluxe or Deluxe Bags company, we do not have the same IP, physical location, etc as them, we can't be in two places at the same time so it's evident that we are ONLY Indulgence Handbags. Those lies were fabricated by competitors trying to eliminate our business, it may have even been by the actual owners of Dluxe or Deluxe Bags - but anyone with a brain can logically see that we have and will only be Indulgence Handbags. The Dluxebags.com web site has vanished. After a great deal of careful research by several individuals (including myself) we would like for people to know that although Dluxebags.com is gone the owner appears to have another site called indulgencehandbags.com. Chances are good this scammer has more than one web site selling counterfeit designer luxury goods while advertising them as authentic. They know how to "game" the credit card companies into believing they sell authentic goods when a customer files a chargeback. AVOID at all costs...PLEASE!
